A relaxed, 30-minute portrait session designed to capture your family exactly as you are in this season of life. Generations
(Extended Families)
A thoughtfully structured session created for extended families and larger groups. These sessions focus on capturing meaningful group portraits as well as individual family combinations, ensuring everyone is beautifully documented. With a calm, organised approach, I’ll guide you through the process so it feels effortless — even with multiple families involved. These sessions run for ~60 minutes.
$550 (for up to 3 families)

My Process
1.Fill out the form
Introduce yourself and share a few details about the type of session you’re after, where you’re located, and who will be involved. The more I know about you, the better I can tailor the experience.
2.Call or Meet up
Once I’ve received your enquiry, we’ll organise a virtual call or an in-person catch-up (whichever suits you best). This is a chance to chat through your ideas, vision, and any specific details for your session.
3.Picture time
Family sessions are relaxed, easy-going, and focused on genuine connection. I’ll gently guide you where needed, but for the most part I encourage natural interaction and movement. Sessions run for the allocated timeframe, with a flexible approach to ensure we capture the moments that matter most.
4.Delivering photos
Your fully edited, high-resolution portrait gallery will be delivered within 3–4 weeks.
FAQ
What is your payment schedule?
A 20% deposit is required to secure your session date.
The remaining balance is due prior to your session.
Is travel included?
Travel is included for sessions within the Central Coast.
For sessions outside of the Central Coast region, a $75 travel fee applies.
When will we receive our photos?
Your fully edited, high-resolution gallery will be delivered within 5–7 weeks of your session.
What if we feel awkward in front of the camera?
That’s completely normal — and honestly, most people feel that way at first. My approach is relaxed and natural, with gentle guidance where needed, so you’re never left wondering what to do. Before long, you’ll forget the camera is even there.
What if my toddler doesn’t cooperate?
Toddlers don’t need to “perform” to create beautiful images. I keep sessions relaxed and flexible, allowing space for natural interaction and play. Some of the most meaningful photos come from the in-between moments.
What should we wear?
Soft, neutral tones and comfortable outfits photograph beautifully. Simple colour palettes and minimal patterns work best. If you’d like guidance, I’m always happy to offer styling suggestions.
Where do family sessions take place?
Sessions can take place at an outdoor location or in your home, depending on your preference. I also offer a softly styled alternative space if you'd like the 'at home' feel but not at your own home. We’ll chat through options and choose a location that suits your family best.
Can grandparents be included?
Yes. Extended family sessions (Generations) are designed specifically for larger groups and multiple immediate families. If you’re unsure which session type suits your group, just reach out and I can help guide you.
What if the weather isn’t great?
If weather conditions aren’t suitable, we can reschedule to the next available date. I always keep a close eye on forecasts and will be in touch if changes are needed.
